Open Garden Day at Terry’s garden at U3A Southern Gold Coast, Boyd Street, Tugun. Topic:  Building a Wicking Bed, plus we’ll see hydroponics and composting in action.  Afternoon tea and coffee supplied. 

Celebrating Spring - includes lots of ideas for edible flowers in our gardens, plus the sale of our propagated plants by members to promote sharing our diversity and skills, and raise money for the Club.

Visit to “We Forest Earth” in Northern Rivers to experience mycelium in action in the forest of Rachel’s Farm – Rachel was our guest speaker in July. Depends on numbers. Cost is a donation only. November 3rd: Alternative date – confirmation to follow.

our End-of-Year celebration with Phil the Birdman talking on what to plant in our gardens to attract the birds, and Leah talking about butterflies. Plants/saplings will be available for sale of the trees and bushes. recommended. Quiz and Trivia fun will follow and a fantastic Xmas Supper.
